Pros

Stability: Loads of projects where artists are looped in for the near and far future. Permanent Contract: Even though it is due to Spain's legislation all Full-time artists have permanent contract (thus meaning, compensation when being fired). Growing company: Skydance Media has a lot of budget, so it looks like Skydance Animation is only going to grow. Big Names: There is a lot of talented people along the lines of all the running projects.

Cons

There is a serious lack of identity. Growing company: There are so many things that should work that don't since everything is being done and built on the fly (expected to improve as everything solidifies) Salaries: It is hard to find a transparent database with salaries, specially in Spain, but Skydance isn't famous for having the most competitive salaries compared to the rest of Europe and Madrid is no longer significantly cheaper than any other big capital.
