Very interesting space, drones are the future in a lot of areas of industry.

Cons

Engineers are overworked and underpaid, much more interesting opportunities in non-engineering roles surprisingly

Cutting edge product Significant growth opportunity under right leadership

Cons

Highly incompetent leadership team. Company started to go south after the departure of their COO. High performing teams constantly getting steamrolled by senior leadership Extremely high degree of favoritism. CEO only recognizes his MIT bros or if you have been with the company for several years. CEO has made terrible senior hires that do not have the basic understanding of how to run the company. I would look the other way.

Pros

Great Leadership, very friendly and open to feedback. Incredibly intelligent employees but still approachable and open to learning. They're going through a big growth spurt and just got a nice round of funding in the bank so it's a really exciting time to be there.

Cons

- It's still very male dominated and this translates into a lot of the internal language not being 'inclusive'. I know a few women who are less confident speaking up because of the hyper male environment. Not because of poor treatment, but because of communication styles. - They're playing catch up with a lot of processes because the growth happened so quickly. Nothing that any other start-up hasn't gone through so no surprises really.
