Standard churn from evolving product road maps and priorities that can be expected from small and rapidly growing startup (generally well managed, and thankfully transparent) Equipment and manpower can sometimes lag behind demand, but solutions for pain points are actively worked

* One of the best places in the world for robotics, with deep investments in core technology at every level and significantly beyond the state of the art in many categories. * Open culture of transparency and humility. Overconfidence is strongly discouraged, and everyone has a voice. * Skydio is such a small team relative to its opportunity that it acts as an accelerator for career growth for anyone who is motivated.

* Very fast paced, can be tiring. * Growing company pains as we figure out how to scale up to many customers and products.
