Mission driven impact, and working with very bright and humble colleagues. CEO is a lead by example leader who provides a platform for employee’s voice. IPO potential with high upside.

Cons

Not for everyone. It’s a very fast pace startup with high stake ownership. Stock options hit high upside.

- Fast paced startup environment, with good opportunities to learn about the drone technologies / products. - Free lunch/ snacks

Cons

I was hired from outside to manage the frontline support team. From the very beginning, I was setup to fail. The manager was a workaholic who expected everyone in the support team to work like dogs. He micro-managed everyone!! The guy did not recognize my good work and achievements and was always expecting more. It was tough to please him and keep up with. his demands.
