Pros

-Management puts together small events every now and then. -Bonuses for employee referrals with clearances -On-boarding is fairly quick

Cons

-Very expensive health premiums, I was paying $700 plus for family PPO plan -There is a disconnect between the owner, management and the employees on-site -CEO is extremely cheap with Salaries. Expect to be nickel and dimed. SkyePoint is the sub contractor at DoS and when you mention to other contractors that you work for SkyePoint, the response is "I'm sorry to hear that". -You will be working 12+ hours days if you're in this position -There is no room for growth. -The amount of work you'll be doing and the level of hostility is not worth the low pay.

Pros

I worked for SkyePoint Decisions for nearly 5 years. I enjoyed working there, they do care about their employees. Summer employee outing/picnic was always fun with families included. Customer was nice and SkyePoint does show appreciation for the hard work employees perform.

Cons

Healthcare benefits was good, but they started pushing back about some of my wifes's health conditions- but that really isn't SkyePoint's fault. At the end of the contract year sometimes we had to take time off or work extra hours, so they could manage that better. Project/Program managers seem to be a tough position for them to fill long term, but management does try to keep in touch with onsite employees.
