Pros

This company has done a complete turnaround since I started and what I know about the past. New management and new CEO has changed my work experience ,as well as ,my coworkers. Quality of staff and programs being brought in is top notch. There is much more transparency so all employees feel like they are contributors to this companies success. This company is now dedicated to bringing in prosperous business and much more focused on company moral. All employees now feel like contributor. and there is now growth plans for those of us that strive to advance which was not the case in the past. I feel like the company is now fair and much more balanced . I have been in this business for over 20 years and never seen a company changes so dramatically in a good way in such a short time. It is now exciting and rewarding to work for a company who sees the value of their employees who drive the success .

Cons

The company is still working out some of the kinks but it is clear they are moving in the right direction.

Pros

The pay. The co-workers are awesome (if they aren’t tracking your every move)!

Cons

All Fox News, All The Time in the lunch room. Boys Club - BIG TIME Females get zero respect and are fired or non-renewed much more often than male counterparts. Men are still paid more than women here. If you are not a white, heterosexual male...I don’t recommend this employer for you. You have “casual Friday’s” but absolutely NO DENIM EVER (unless you are actually IN Houston), and most other casual clothes would not be acceptable either. It’s stuffy, quiet, and boring. No employee engagement AT ALL. Like it or leave is the attitude. No training, no mentoring program...no upward mobility.
