Management, communication, benefits,system. System is slow and glitches constantly. No one down the “totem” poll knows what’s going on. Insurance is constantly evolving and changing but those changes should be explained to employees. If you change something that needs to be communicated to brokers it should be explained to the employees on the front line so they are well equipped to explain. Management changed so many times in the 2 years I worked here that I felt like I was spinning in circles and couldn’t see up from down. I have described my employment with HIIG as feeling like I was locked in a snow globe and everyday someone would come by and shake it up and just let the snow fall where it may. In short this place is a grade A JOKE!!!!
