I'm 6 months in and loving it. Super supportive management. Welcoming team members willing to pitch in and help whenever I need it, so that I can succeed. Everyone is working hard and is always very respectful. There are great opportunities to grow my skills and knowledge. I am learning so much every day. This is a company that is always working to improve the quality of work life balance for their employees. All in all, great working environment.

Most companies talk about values but few are successful at establishing and living them. That’s even harder in a mostly remote environment. Skyward is finding the appropriate balance and realizing we are just as successful working where we are instead of being forced to an office everyday.
