Executive leadership truly cares about the rest of the team. Lots of development opportunities and ways to progress in career. ERGs are a great way to get involved and help be the change. Executive and Senior leadership leadership are very approachable.

Cons

Would like to see 6% 401k match vs 5%.

Andrew Robinson has the right direction for the company. Growing awareness for diversity.

Cons

Challenging personalities, definitely a traditional "TX Oil & Gas" environment. Lots of pretentious attitudes. I did not enjoy working for my direct leader.
