They have a phenomenal work culture that is centered around the employees and diversity. They strive to remove the old school corporate environment and replace with a more diverse and employee focused culture whereby employees concerns, for the most part are addressed in a timely manner company wide.

Cons

As with most jobs, sometimes communication and recognition can get lost amongst the hustle and bustle of the bottom line. Accountably regardless of your title can be transparent to some but at times overlooked or ignored.
