This company is adding teams and attracting new talent. It's fun to have joined a company that bills itself as a billion dollar start-up!

Cons

It will be great when everyone can be back in the office, at least some of the time, but people are figuring out how to get their jobs done while working remotely.

New CEO - New Name - New Brand - Renewed Strategy. A lot of positive energy at our Company. What's really encouraging is that we see Leaders delivering on their promises to organize and change our company for great success. We already have a good position in our industry but have lacked maximizing our potential in the past. New Exec Leadership supported by aligned Management is making Skyward a great place to work and have a career.

Cons

As with any transformation / change initiative, there are some growing pains as things are different and expectations are rising. You're either in for the ride or you may need to get off the boat. So far, seems like most are in for the ride.
