The new CEO breath of fresh air for the company and the employees. Has great ideas and plans to get us there. Pay and benefits are great. People are great especially the IT Team very helpful, so different than my previous experiences with this department where it was hard to get them to do anything.

Cons

Previous regime was very rigid and allowed no employee flexibility, creating a stale environment.
