Pros
It is a struggle to come up with any "pros" for this company. The best thing I can say is when someone leaves, you may have the opportunity to advance, just don't expect to get paid for it.
Cons
The culture here is toxic. Upper management is full of opportunists and will do whatever it takes to make themselves look good. Unless you're best friends with one of them, don't expect to be treated equally amongst other employees. There are also plenty of opportunities to take on more responsibility, just don't expect to get verbally or financially acknowledged for it. On top of all this, the benefits are minimal and employee appreciation is non-existent.
