SSIG's CEO is full of energy and working to build a wonderful culture. He does expect everyone to do their jobs and be accountable which is refreshing. He's full of new ideas and really does care about the employees. This same sentiment flows down through senior leadership.

It is refreshing to work for a company that fully supports it staff through incentives, clear direction and strong support from the entire team. Even through a pandemic , the company has made significant efforts to ensure employees remain connected to each other and to the growth and forward trajectory of the company. Lots of opportunities for self improvement and development.
