      Pros

      I've been at Skyward for just under 5 months and have been very impressed by the positive trajectory of the organization and excited for the plans for 2022 and beyond. Having worked in specialty insurance for awhile, it is impressive to be with an organization that is transparent with their employees and celebrates individual contributions. Though no company is perfect, Skyward is striving to live up to aspirational values, and clearly communicates where we still have room to grow and how each employee can help to create a GREAT organization. Overall it's an exciting time to be here and I'm excited by what looks to be a promising future.

      Cons

      As with all organizations, COVID has presented many roadblocks. Skyward is very accommodating to remote / hybrid work schedules for employees. Looking forward at how to best utilize office space will present opportunities for continued improvement.
