Under new Executive leadership, we made significant improvements across the Company in the last two years which has tremendously changed our culture and increased overall workplace satisfaction. Our recent engagement survey in 2021 reflected Skyward’s leadership as an area of strength with an 86% overall employee satisfaction rate. Other engagement scores also reflect employees feel very positively that we are all living the Company’s G.R.E.A.T. values and are building a company where people are excited to work. We are proud of the work that has been done and while changes under our new leadership have been overwhelmingly well-received by our employees, we continually seek feedback and work to improve every day.
