Execs are not professional and not honest and degrading to women. The owner accepts this behavior so things will never change.

-Lots of Good People who work very hard -Peers are your support group -Most departments have good team spirit. -Given Opportunity when you looked -There were several "GOOD LEADERS" who take care of their direct reports

Cons

-Executive Leadership worried about the CEO not their employees. -Pay was not equal for men vs women for same type of job or one with more duties. -New Hires were given more than the employees who had established themselves -It was difficult to manage people with some of the erroneous rules that they were made to follow. -Needed more incentives for employees.
