      Nice work space, employee eating area, water & coffee

      Cons

      Too many to list. No leadership, senior managers will through anybody under the bus. No opportunity for advancement. No work/life balance.

      None of substance. Coffee is paid for, monthly birthday parties, big whoop!

      Cons

      You name it...start with not paying bonuses for doing a 401k match for over 3 years. Talk about financial issues! And just how many directions can one person point their finger except at themselves.

      Exciting new CEO, with great ideas and a plan to get there. The pay and benefits are great, and the people are the most friendly and helpful I've ever known.

      Cons

      Previous CEO was stiff and didn't allow employee flexibility, creating a stale environment. Current con: Technology is a bit lagging.
