Professional employees, good and clean environment to work in

Cons

Poor A/R management team, no clear directions from them, no proper training, and the biggest con is the quickest turnaround I have seen in this position. No one lasts longer than 6 months. Definitely need to look into the A/R management team.

They had snacks once a month in the kitchen?

Horrible work evironment. They expect 1 person to do the work of 3 people. Compensation is below industry standard. Mean people. Constant surveillance due to the size of the company and pettiness of employees. Unprofessional work environment. You almost feel like you're working in a circus. Employees are always out to get somebody fired.

Cons

Open cube, absolutely no privacy. Humanly impossible work load. Did the job of 3 people. No bonuses. Inadequately trained to no training.
