      Pros

      As a startup in the industry I truly believe that Skyways is doing something special in multiple ways. It is a small company with a leg up on others in the autonomous transport industry because of the driven staff from top to bottom, the skills, ambition and dedication. Everyone believes in what we're doing, understands the path to get there and is driven to see the companies goals achieved. At Skyways you are able to contribute across multiple departments, not live in "the box" or be just another number. The passion/effort for the job is just as strong as the care given to all employees by upper management. Skyways is on the path to change history and is like no other company out there.

      Cons

      All companies have their downsides. At Skyways the only real downside that I can honestly say there is that we're all here taking a risk with something new. Yes we knew this coming in and like all business; nothing is for sure. The work is hard, it's demanding, it can be stressful and tiring at times. But what's life if you don't give it your all and take risks every now and then.
