Pros

The company is small enough that one can make significant contribution and get noticed very easily. Decisions can be made without going through all the approval loops as with larger corporations. Work is challenging and yet rewarding. It's not the 8-5 job for engineers who want to make an impact, it's the same else where.

Cons

Vacation is 2 weeks + 1 week of wellness. Employees work hard, but don't have enough vacation time to play hard.

Pros

Lots of work on some of the latest analog semiconductor technologies. Great for those who enjoy wireless and semiconductor design and testing.

Cons

The work load is not planned very well, some employees are overworked. Poor management was always an issue, some managers having little or no skills in project management or people skills. Worked in a very cramped, claustrophobic environment.
