      flexible hours, team work, friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      Politics, some middle management do nothing but stay in the company forever, top management knows but they can do nothing about it.

      Everyone is super friendly, and promote a learning environment. The nature of the work is very fast-paced and rewarding.

      Cons

      Understaffed at times which leads to overwhelming amount of work.

      Pros

      When given the opportunity you can learn a lot and gain experience from other co-workers. Good environment but trending down as new hires come and go.

      Cons

      No work-life balance at all. No free weekends and always on call. Lack of communication within the entire company and micro management everywhere. No motivation whatsoever.
