      Challenging work and good hours

      Cons

      Not a great vacation plan, only get two weeks whereas, other companies start out at 3 weeks. They keep changing the rules which brings down morale and causes a large turnover of people.

      Pros

      Very consistent schedule. Monday-Friday day job with every weekend off. Paid holidays. No clock in clock out system, goes based off of honoring the schedule you're given. Allowed to listen to music while working (major pro for me personally). Given annual bonuses based upon the company meeting revenue expectations. No strict dress code, whether you show up in a suit and tie or shorts and a t-shirt, you'll still be employed and paid.

      Cons

      Underpaid for the amount of work done. Essentially no overtime if you're not a swing shift employee.
