Pros

Flat organizational structure, very few meetings, opportunity to work on a lot of different and interesting projects.

Cons

Understaffed. Marketing and engineering R&D coordination very low, company doesn't plan ahead well or communicate future visions, so there isn't a lot of concentrated focus on getting the "right" thing done. Sexist culture with a lot of focus on hiring "clever" engineers over ones who know how to work in a team.
