Too much micromanagement and toxicity

Pretty stable positions and good benefits.

Cons

Long hours aren't unheard of. Management likes creating a toxic work environment, a lot of power trips and desperate employees with no real job growth. Wages aren't great for most, and management is known to count the seconds on your timecard. Low-level employees are expendable, people would get thrown under the bus on the regular from management.
