Pros
The company and the higher up leadership roles do set a high standard for taking care of their employees. Decent pay, with opportunity for pay advancement with good performance/reviews. Good benefits with Sutter Medical - expect to pay $250 at least for benefits. Easy work, just tedious and long at times.
Cons
Shift leadership roles aren't too professional. They are known by various employees to talk "stuff" behind employees backs, and in front of other employees. Management roles seem to be "figuring it out", as oppose to knowing what they're doing. A lot of conflicting orders from leadership roles. This creates an unprofessional (highschool) environment and makes for a less than viable work environment. Bi-monthly pay, as oppose to Weekly pay. Never ending OT, which is bittersweet. The money is good, but the mandated OT, makes it difficult to do things like go to school, learn a trade, or work a second job to further better your life.
