I love most of the customers that I work with. I’ve learned a lot about HVAC and plumbing.

Cons

Customer service is supposed to be key - but when it comes to returns, the company’s bottom line seems more important. And bad behavior by employees seems to be overlooked which makes it demotivating for those that carry the load.
