Management is bad. They tell you they have jobs available and that they’re so busy, it’s not true. They won’t warn you about being on the Bench too long. Keep track of your own bench time. They won’t find you a job, you’ll have to look for one yourself. Weird cult vibes.

- overcommits to clients and forces consultants to work very long hours - useless people leaders who don’t help out their employees I was blinded with a layoff out of nowhere. No warning, just sent a random meeting in a Friday and told I’m fired after being on the bench for exactly 12 weeks. Was told 2 weeks before to keep focusing on my certifications and that I’ll be on a project in 2 weeks. What’s funny is they’re planning to double the organization in size but are laying people off.. how does that make sense? This company has lost what it means to be “fiercely human” and treats their employees like a number in a spreadsheet. Once all the long time employees of 15+ years started leaving my organization I should’ve taken that as a sign to do the same.
