      Great team mates who cared about one another

      -You meet all your expectations and go beyond but your promotion is contingent on the next level up vacating their position. So if they’re happy where they are then tough luck. -Leadership are just a bunch of “Yes” people who will agree to anything and pass the workload on to junior staff. Had many weekends where I was working on client material than spending time with my family. -Paid holidays is a joke. Example, MLK is not a recognized holiday, like really? They try to spin this by saying we recognize all backgrounds and all that nonsense and give you 2 flex holidays.
