      Pros

      Great pay, some great people, parties.

      Cons

      While the company is pretty decent overall, the reviews/ratings are not very accurate. For example, most people who do reviews here were not only "forced/incouraged" to do so, but have also probably worked at the company for less than a year. It can be a cult like environment where you have to drink the cool aid. With out a doubt the worst 401k matching in the industry,...nothing else comes close.

      This is John Tobin. One thing I will say is I do not force people to fill out these reviews. I do appreciate the feedback and the pulse it gives me for an overall perspective of people who are or were a part of the company. I can't argue that we evangelize and talk about our culture and core values a lot and all I can say is that it comes from a very genuine place in my heart about how I feel about our company and perhaps the way consulting can be. No doubt our 401K needs work - hope to have news to share on that soon.
