Pros

Professional coworkers, hard workers, but many left in last year.

Cons

The performance review system is terrible, the feedback system feels insincere, and job security seems to diminish every year.

Pros

Fairly decent location, facilities, parties and... marketing materials. Good mix of friendly and excited junior people. Interesting benefits and good pay.

Cons

Total lack of market strategy. Lots of boasting about big brands across the regions but in reality basically serves staff augmentation and temporary roles for the local market. Shameful knowledge management. No investment to build reputation and create local client stories which makes the pitches dry and rarely paired with lived experience. No real investment to develop/up-skill junior talents.

Toxicity Runs Deep

Pros

Unfortunately, the drawbacks of working here tend to overshadow the benefits.

Cons

The phrase “Fiercely human” is more of a branding tagline than a reflection of the actual culture. Over the past year, I observed a consistent pattern of disregard for employee well-being, empathy, and professional respect from leadership. The work environment had a noticeable impact on my mental health. I was criticized for taking time off for religious observances, expected to attend meetings on my days off that led nowhere, and contacted during non-working hours to accommodate others’ vacation schedules. Technical feedback was often dismissed, even when aligned with client needs, and leadership pushed to meet deadlines regardless of long-term quality or system sustainability. Attempts to collaborate with client infrastructure teams were blocked, and being spoken to aggressively—even for issues beyond my control—was something I came to expect. Communication around deadlines and responsibilities was often vague or completely lacking. It left me feeling alone, undervalued, and blamed. Technical debt was knowingly introduced into deliverables, with no clear plans for addressing it. If you’re looking for a workplace that genuinely supports and includes its people, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. And if you’re a client, be aware that some of the systems delivered may be the result of burnout and shortcuts.
