Pros

- A nice, well-located office with friendly building staff - Salary for an associate is very reasonable

Cons

I have taken a year to right this review to ensure it is still true 12 months on: - No support or real opportunities for growth if you are starting out your career. I was left alone on my very first project, it didn't go too well, and my confidence was knocked from that point on. There was also 0 work in the area me and ~10 others were hired for. As a result, my skills never developed, and it was wasted time. - Like most private sector companies, all the culture and values go out the window when the going gets tough. - Lack of honesty (regarding redundancies and promotions) and Westminster-style messaging from managers who were out of their depth in terms of their ability to communicate things like real human beings should - Odd drinking culture with inappropriate instances that were swept under the rug -

Pros

Coworkers are smart, driven, and friendly. Some of the most fun people I've ever worked with.

Cons

Leadership is currently botching an organizational transformation. They don't know what they're doing, causing a lot of smart people to leave.

Pros

-Lovely office in great location. -Great people, friendly culture -Office drinks and snacks -Good place to get a bit of experience

Cons

-Lots of bench time for some consultants unless they're lucky enough to get locked into a long term project, which ends up feeling like you work FT elsewhere. I spent 1.5yr on one client in a BAU role. -Very undisciplined which people take advantage of (not turning up to office despite not having WFH contracts, people do nothing while on bench etc. -Impossible to progress. Forever chasing promotions that the company says they can afford, then they can't, and repeat. -Terrible comms from C-suite and senior management. -Managers never seem to know what's going on as everything is controlled by S Management in USA. -The American comms don't always translate well to UK, very in your face and sometimes disingenuous which I don't think is received well here
