      Toxic Culture, No Growth and Favoritism

      Pros

      Very few pros including, 1) Work-life balance if you are lucky with the project team. 2) Good People to work with

      Cons

      1) Less Pay than market standards 2) Favoritism when it comes to promotion or staffing on projects 3) If you did 10 good things and 2 bad things throughout the year, senior management will only focus on the bad things during the performance feedback and give reasons for not promoting you or giving you a decent raise or bonus. 4) People Leaders don't care about your career, all they care about is staffing you for any position available.

      Pros

      Pay is good but everything else is bad. Toxic work culture. Stay away.

      Cons

      No care for employees. New comers are treated like sh** and no professionalism. Lots of politics amongst seniors. It’s not a warm culture at all. Very poisonous works culture. Toxic work environment.

      Pros

      It use to be constant me and exciting work. The work eventually changed to staff Aug or just getting thrown in a random roll to keep people billable.

      Cons

      It's not a friendly culture. Unless you're in the in crowd you don't get noticed or promoted. Women leaders are not supportive and some took alternate routes to get to the top. There's a lot of unreported sexual harassment that happens. If you do report it it's used against you a later date.
