Pros

Some great people. A few strong global leaders. In some teams the opportunity to make a positive impact

Cons

Strategy needs significant work. We rank in the bottom quadrant in growth within our industry (source: LinkedIn headcount). Layoffs, which had been a commitment they would never occur are now on-going.

Pros

People who work here are pretty nice... But they don't really care if you're productive. If you don't want to work and don't want to learn anything, this is a great place to be.

Cons

The direction of the company is so misguided. All of their reporting is trash and senior leadership is so wildly ineffective it's mind-blowing they're still in business. SO MUCH manual process it'll make your head spin. They'll put 5 overpaid yahoos on the same project to create a spreadsheet. There's a lot of repetition because everyone acts as though they are a freelance consultant. What I mean is, there will be five different groups of people working on the same stupid thing at the same time. This is because there is no real top-down vision or directives from the company. Everyone is just running around doing whatever they feel like and telling themselves it's productive.

Pros

Pay is solid Work hours are more flexible and gentle than other large consultancies. The people on the ground are almost always kind and good hearted. Delivery teams bond together.

Cons

Senior Leadership no longer understands the company. There is no meaningful direction to try and fix the existing challenges. Promotions are mostly political now - vs in 2022 where Merit still ruled. A lot of vapor ware and 'fake it till you make it' coming from Director-MD levels, where all they do is delegate, and not contribute value any more.
