      Slalom is one of those rare companies that truly challenges you to be better and provides the tools to do so.

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial feel because of the access to leaders but the structure and vision to evolve into a larger company. Firmly believes in their culture and mission and takes pride in hiring individuals desiring that culture.

      Cons

      Still a relatively lean organization so perks are not equivalent to some larger organizations. Does not matter though.

      Pros

      I have been able to craft a career here to my own liking. I saw things that needed to be done, did them, and the opportunities and rewards opened up before me.

      Cons

      For those used to large-firm consulting, it will take a while to adjust to the opportunities, the responsibilities and the scale of what's possible here.
