      Wonderful People, Wonderful Work

      Pros

      Consulting firm with local model, so I get to be home at night. The people are fun and supportive of me in both my personal and professional life. The company is growing fast.

      Cons

      The company is growing fast and occasionally it is not keeping up with its own growth. I used to know everyone, but now that is not possible. A few consultants seem to want to "just show up" and not really invest themselves, but that is everywhere - luckily, they are in the minority.

      Pros

      Slalom culture is hard to describe and yet impossible to deny. We do a great job of hiring smart, dedicated people that we not only like working with, but also like to hang out with after work. We do strategic work for our clients that makes a difference. We know how to work hard, but we also respect consultants' work/life balance.

      Cons

      There's not much I don't like about working here.

      The ability to make an impact not only on client site, but within the office. Working with extremely intelligent individuals who are driven The do what is right policy- allowing our consultants to go above and beyond to deliver excellent work

      Cons

      Growing very fast- sometimes experiencing growing pains. This is a good problem to have- but something that we are working through
