Slalom reviews

I’ve been with Slalom over a year and have watched it grow from < 25 people to > 100. It truly feels like a family and everyone is really invested in helping to build something special in Canada. - The culture: An environment that allows you to be yourself, work autonomously, and decide where you want to take your career. Most of all every day is fun; there is a constant stream of events and activities ongoing. - The people: Smart, passionate, humble, and always smiling! - Opportunity: The office is growing fast and there's a ton of potential to grow with it - Leadership: Very transparent, approachable, and work closely to ensure you’re supported.

Good work-life balance, flexible working hours are available, a non-hierarchical organization that doesn't use an "up or out" system. Great team work with a friendly environment.
