Culture seemed to be good but is a thing of 5 years ago and before. The wrong people are blamed for lack of income. PTO is pretty low. Benefits are meager. Serious overspending on office without thinking about employees ability to work.

They treat their internal employees like garbage. I have an IQ higher than 99% of the population, but because I'm in an internal role, the consultants assume they're smarter. I don't tell them. I just let them jabber jaw about all the things they think they know. They come up with solutions that clearly show they can't see the big picture. Never happy with what internal does, always think they know better, and then inane ideas pop out of their mouths. Humble. Get some. You consultants think you know so much, and you're making yourselves look ridiculous. Burnt out from the lack of respect.
