The convoluted promotion process is more effort than finding another job... and don't expect much of a raise if you do manage to go through it Maybe there was a time when the company had a good culture, work-life balance, and all the other things you read about in the reviews, but that time is in the past.

- lack of projects - layoffs (they will say they don’t do layoffs but do performance firing when hard times come) - no diversity - projects are under staffed so you are doing the work of 2-3 people - too many PMs and barely any technical people
