Really incompetent local leadership with a lack vision. Stunning immaturity of leaders. Mostly vendor funded business. Staff Augmentation is the primary model which leads to lack of vision. Nothing wrong with that but in admission is the first step to change but they keep saying we don't do staff augmentation. You are only as good as how good a programmer you are. No other skills are valued. Sales team is given way more importance than it deserves.
