      Pros

      I’ve had a mixed experience overall—this is a great company that offers flexibility and trusts you to work your way. The culture encourages collaboration and innovation, and there are plenty of opportunities to make an impact.

      Cons

      However, one area that needs attention is leadership continuity in the Data and AI space. Over the past few years, frequent changes in leadership have disrupted team stability, direction, and career progression. Despite consistent performance, I went without a promotion for three years due to this lack of continuity and ownership.

      - Decent work/life balance - Often times the people are great regardless of market - MD and below leaders seem really capable and smart. Often suggest good options for direction

      Cons

      - Pay is not competitive - Executive Leadership is pretty bad at decision making - MD level leaders are completely ignored and have no real say - Has transitioned to a big 4 style consulting firm. No real culture anymore or connection to local markets or cross team capability communication.
