      Pros

      If you have the right friends you can grow at fast pace.

      Cons

      It used to be a nice place to be but things started changing towards the end of 2021. There is no clear business plan and absolutely no accountability. Things have not been good for more than 2 years now and you don't see any changes in the leadership, Even during layoffs the leadership (Director and above) were hardly touched. After going through 2+ years of "growing pains" the firm is smaller than what it was 2 years ago and the only people held accountable were the consultants who couldn't be staffed or didn't have enough tenure.

      Pros

      Depending on your team - you can expand your skill set by joining Slalom. Typically you learn and grow wherever the work is for the local market. You can be the jockey to your own career horse…and take the reins for your development - great pun, right!

      Cons

      Very Woke - great place for young liberal people that like to focus on feelings over logic. I prefer not to get all touchy feely…and did not want to drink the feeling Kool-aide.
