Staff Aug company pretending to do consulting
Pros
Absolutely no pros. This company was such a waste of time. I had incompetent managers that do so much talking without any know how leading to consistently delivering useless products because they were so incompetent and couldn't admit it.
Cons
I got laid off after being on the bench for 12 weeks with NO severance. Slalom blames the employees they hired for not getting staffed, even though it's their fault for not having enough contracts. Incredibly shady business practice of not claiming fault during a lay off and calling it a termination even though I was not at fault. Company says they're people first but they're far from that. They treat employees as liabilities despite them over-hiring and the company not getting enough signed contracts. I would not trust this place and everyone that praises this company.
