      Pros

      - Great work-life balance - Super talented staff, across the board - Fun environment - Team mindset everywhere - Interesting work - Much less travel than typical consulting - Fun outside of work activities - Other people are happy to work here - Outstanding leadership in place, top to bottom - Involved in the community - Free snacks in the office ;)

      Cons

      - It's a bit of an immature market in Phoenix - Some roles are more staff-aug than true consulting
