A company that practices what it says

Pros

Have you ever heard HR or a Sales team give fluff speeches about what it is like at a company, only to find out that it was just that, fluff? Slalom is not like that. Since coming to Slalom, they have gone out of their way to make sure I am well taken care of, and to make sure that I feel included as a member of the team.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

Nice office in a good location downtown, with a ping-pong table.

Cons

There are some egos and poorly managed teams by technical folks that are overconfident in their abilities and poor listeners. The pay and benefits are below market. I was sold on some positive Glassdoor reviews and have been disappointed from what I have seen from the leadership at Slalom Build in Denver.

Pros

Slalom was a great place to start my career, you are surrounded my amazing and smart people. Went from an intern to full time to Senior Engineer. Biggest strength is the culture and the inclusiveness. There is always something going on.
