We believe the compensation packages we offer for all of our positions are very competitive. We believe we have a very low turnover and a very high retention rate of very happy employees as displayed on many employment/recruiting platforms from our current and former employees. Slice is always trying to get better in all aspects of an organization including management. Our suggestion is to look past this review and make sure to use all platforms to find dozens of honest positive reviews about how many people LOVE to work for Slice and be part of our mission.

Amazing co workers and the best bosses I have ever worked for. A lot of career growth potential and great profit sharing margins to grow a residual salary. Daily, weekly and monthly bonuses with competitive commission bonuses. Very supportive upper management with an open door policy that collaborates with everyone.

You'll sharpen your communication skills quickly because the pace is relentless

Cons

Pressure was placed on pushing conversations forward while glossing over details that customers deserved to hear upfront. Speed mattered more than transparency, and it created a constant uneasy feeling because you were expected to prioritized closing over clarity. The environment rewarded persistence even when a prospect was clearly uncomfortable or asking fair questions. Sales can be intense without turning into a place where people feel pushed to play games.
