Pros

The job teaches you how much nonsense you can tolerate before walking away.

Cons

This place is horrible and gave me constant anxiety just walking in. Managers light up or joke about drugs like it is normal, which feels closer to jail behavior than a workplace. The culture is openly sexist and racist, then they laugh it off like everyone should be cool with it. There is no HR, so problems just sit there and rot. Management is all related, untrained, and allergic to accountability. Pay is weak for the workload, PTO is laughable, and you are pushed to leave fake reviews instead of fixing anything. You are left alone to solve everything while the stress piles up.

Pros

- They don’t drug test - The employees can be some of the best people you’ll ever meet even if management is some of the worst - consistent schedule

Cons

- Everyone (including and especially management) smokes weed or does drugs on the clock - You can never negotiate PTO increases no matter how long you’ve been with the company - No room to move up unless you’re sales - Management is all related to one another - They’re very sexist but claim not to be - Very little diversity and love to make racist jokes - There is no HR - they are outright asking current employees to leave reviews and pressuring departments to leave good reviews regardless of the truth of the company culture - Management is untrained in back office

Shady Company, Lies to Employees and Customers

None. They lie steal and scam at this company.

Cons

This company is a complete scam. They promise residuals and growth, but it’s all lies. After you close accounts, they steal them and reroute the money to themselves. You won’t advance unless you’re related to the CEO—it’s a nepotism circus. The leadership is arrogant, unprofessional, and flat-out racist. They create a toxic environment, treat employees like garbage, and actively encourage lying to customers. Hidden fees, dishonest sales tactics, and then they will steal your accounts and keep all profit for themselves. RUN!!!!!!!! If you value your self-respect or want a legitimate career path, stay far away.
