Overworked and underpaid and very stressful and loud. You get 4 random days of the week. You can't pick your schedule. I told them Weeks in advance I can't work certain days but they wouldnt move me and then my pay was deducted. It was not a good place to work at.

- Sloomo Institute is a dysfunctional company that survives only because of its employees, yet treats them as completely disposable. - Leadership appears lost and unprepared, pushing nearly all real work onto staff while acting as if they are the primarily drivers of success. - My workload was overwhelming and unrealistic, with constant pressure to meet expectations that were not reasonable and to take on multiple responsibilities far beyond my role. - The hours long were long, support was minimal, and work life balance was severely damaged. - Pay did not reflect the amount of work required, and despite consistent effort, there was no recognition, appreciation, or reward at any point.
