Pros

My experience as an SDR at Smarsh was great. My manager, Ruth, was a great manager and I think her ability to lead the team was 90% of why my time there was great. My co-workers were all very nice as well.

Cons

An SDR role is generally a crushing role. They did their best to make it less terrible but it's kind of unavoidable.

Pros

Great management who can listen and make changes when needed. Flexible hours. Very comprehensible work tasks.

Cons

Unreasonable quotas with how much management changes representatives' territories.
