      We constantly review our compensation and revise accordingly to remain competitive in the market. Smarsh is going through a phase of rapid growth and we are expanding our teams accordingly. This year we have grown our team substantially when compared to last year and we have more than 150 open positions for which we are hiring. The growth phase can be intense but provides lots of learning and exciting opportunities.

      Everything else. This company has bounced around the PE circuit for years and there it shall stay until they make the investments that they need and put doing the right thing ahead of peoples' egos!
